Best Private University

In these days of knowledge revolution, it is not factor endowment but good quality higher education which determines the growth of a nation. The main problem in India is that while there are a large number of unemployed graduates and postgraduates, there is a shortage of workers who can acquire new skills and innovate. At this point of time private universities may take a lead to constantly innovate their programs and curriculum, keeping the market in mind. The system of higher education in India is a mixture of several stark, and some contradictory, realities. What is emerging is that India's smartest universities are in the private sector. In our rankings this year, five private universities feature in the top 30 -bits Pilani, Jain University, Amity University, Christ University and Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Nine feature in the top 50. Another name which is coming up in regarding for providing the quality education in Haryana is NIILM University, Kaithal. Established in 2011, the university now is named among one of the best private universities of Haryana. With excellent infrastructure and above 200 foreign students, the university is becoming the epitome of quality education and intellectual environment. Including hospitality, fashion designing, B.tech, M.tech, BBA, BCA, BSC, B.COM, M.COM, PHD etc., the university runs approximately 30 courses at UG and PG level.  NIILM has also started 155 online courses for the students which proves its dedication and concern towards making quality education easily accessible.  The efforts put by the staff, faculty and students to rise a newly established university to this level is commendable.  All the institutions have been in existence for many years and are steadily rising in the rankings. Needless to say, it takes time for any university, whether government or private, to establish a reputation. That is precisely why the Government needs to allow more universities to be set up immediately so that they can grow into reputed institutions over the next decade. Some of other private universities  in Haryana to be named in terms of excellence are Amity University Haryana, NIILM University Kaithal,  Institute of Technology and Management University, Gurgaon, O. P. Jindal Global University. Most of the above-mentioned private universities appear to be doing the right things in terms of building their institutions. In particular, all of them have recruited capable faculty members who can both teach and carry out research. To win in the global competition and to fulfill the rising aspirations of the people, India cannot afford to ignore the proven model of private universities.
